Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to amend the relevant provisions of IT and IPC Act to include non-consensual dissemination of intimate images, threatening to transmit, publish or distribute intimate images and online sexual extortion as separate punishable offence and to amend Sections 66 and 67 of the IT Act as it suffers from the vice of vagueness and ambiguity under Article 14 of the Constitution.
