Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fourth respondent school from 11.03.2009 and confer all the consequential benefits.

ORDER

Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first to third respondents.

2. This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the second and third respondents to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 24.11.2018 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.

3. While considering and passing appropriate orders, the second and third respondents shall also consider the order passed in W.A.No.44 of 2021, vide order dated 06.07.2021 and the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.A(MD).Nos.76 of 2019 etc batch vide order dated 31.03.2021.

4. It is made clear that if the petitioner's appointment is approved, the approval will be subject to outcome in SLP.No.22575 of 2021, pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. This exercise may be carried out by the respondents within the aforesaid period. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
