Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. This writ petition is being disposed at the time of admission considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2021 has not evoked any response from the respondents. It is noticed that this Court has already passed order under similar circumstances in W.P.Nos.24317, 24320, 24322, 24324, 24326 and 24328 of 2019 dated 27.08.2019.

3. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits in the light of the order passed by this Court cited above. No costs.
