ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act, 2023 (BNS in short) and under Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 (MMRA in short) which appears to be altered to Sections 111, 303(2), 318, 336(2), 340(2) of BNS and under Section 21(1) of MMRA in Crime No.210 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that only notice has been sent to the petitioner for his appearance in Cr.No.210 of 2024.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not the named accused in this case. Only in the co-accused confession, there is a reference about the petitioner's name. To verify the same, the petitioner has been called. As on date, the petitioner is not an accused and the apprehension of the petitioner is not required. The petitioner will not be arrested in this case. Page No.2 of 4
