No.C1-10/21851/2018 dated 13.08.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to continue his service as Special Officer in the respondent University with the same scale of pay and with all service and attendant benefits and pass orders.

O R D E R

When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that on the petitioner approaching this Court by filing present writ petition, the petitioner has been re-deployed to work at the Government Arts College, Tindivanam and he is discharging his duties therein and his pay is protected as per Act, 2013.

2. On the aforesaid submission being made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid submission made by the Standing Counsel to this Court, may be placed on record.

3. Placing on record the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent and Considering that the petitioner is re-deployed and is working in the Government Arts College, Tindivanam, there is no necessity to pass further orders. 2/4
