Mr.R.Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that admittedly the 3rd respondent had purchased the property through an unregistered Sale Deed and in the form of representation dated 02.03.2016 submitted to the respondents, prays for Easementary rights in the patta land of the petitioner and despite the fact that he has to establish the said claim before the Competent Civil Forum, he has approached the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent without understanding the scope and purport of the request, has called upon the petitioner to appear for an enquiry and hence, prays for interim orders.

This Court heard submissions of Mrs.Reena Ishwariya, learned Additional Government Pleader [Puducherry] who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Court, upon hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the materials placed before it, is of the view that a prima facie case has been made out for grant of interim orders.

Hence, there shall be an order of ad-interim stay till 14.09.2016.
