ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2021 and thereby direct the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property in Old Resurvey No.98/7, as per Town Survey Register Ward 'E', Block11, T.S.Nos.94, 95 and 96, Town Bus Stand Opposite, Junction Road, Virudhachalam Taluk and Town, Cuddalore District totally to an extent of 3 cents in the name of the petitioner based on the second respondent proceedings in O.Mu.A3/3547/2021 dated 07.10.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
