The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that the present application has been filed to receive the documents mentioned in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Since the issue involved is a transaction between the parties, the documents are necessary and considering the submissions made by both sides counsel, this application is allowed. However, the defendant is at liberty to make objection with regard to the documents, at the time of marking those documents before the Master, the same may be noted by Master.
