This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of registering false case under the provisions of the IPC offences. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Chinnaponnu, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.671 of 2018 and the same was closed on 01.07.2018.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
