This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of investigation pertaining to the complaint pending on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Gnanadurai Nadar and Albert Nadar, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police in R.C.No. 539 of 2018 against the petitioner on 13.08.2018. Recording the same, this Petition is closed.
