This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent herein to approve the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Professor in Physics in the 3rd respondent College, in the sanctioned retirement vacancy of Dr.B.Azhagarsami with effect from 28.04.2017 in the light of the recommendation sent by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.No. 7794/A8/2018 dated 23.07.2021 and approval given by the 1st respondent to the similarly placed persons vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.38436/G4/2019 dated 27.04.2021 in W.P.No.107 of 2019 dated 08.01.2019 with all monetary and all other attendant and service benefit based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 19.08.2021 and service benefits.

2. Appearing on behalf of the Respondents, the learned Government Advocate submits that the the Petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2021 in the light of the recommendation of the 2nd Respondent dated 23.07.2021 will be considered and passed orders within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the first Respondent to consider the representation dated 19.08.2021 of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law duly considering the recommendation of the 2nd Respondent dated 23.07.2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed with the above directions. No costs.
