O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final order on the disciplinary proceedings in Na. Ka. Tha1/11813/2014 dated 26.05.2015 issued by the second respondent, based on the proposal sent by the second respondent in his Proceedings No. Na. Ka. Tha.8/11813/2014 dated 22.10.2018.

2. The second respondent namely, the District Collector (Development), Trichy District had suspended the petitioner from service on 29.05.2015 and issued a Charge Memo dated 26.05.2015 vide Na.Ka.Tha1/11813/2014.

3. Considering the fact that the respondents have not yet passed any final order in the disciplinary proceedings and the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2021 sent to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent for passing final order in the disciplinary proceedings has not evoked any response, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the first respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in terms of Charge Memo, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
