This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail in Crl.A.No.630 of 2022 dated 01.08.2022, directing the appellant to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that due to compliance of the said condition, the appellant is unable to go to his employment regularly. Since he is having two female children, he has to look after their day to day needs. Hence, he prays to relax the said condition.

4. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has not been filed, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition once the charge sheet is filed.
