PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 3rd respondent relating to the proceedings dated 27.09.2021 bearing ref No NIL and the consequnetial proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 04.10.2021 bearing reference DGM(B&O):SOUTH:HR:2021-2022:1599 and of the 4th respondent dated 13.10.2021 bearing reference No.RM-IV/202122/HR/11/8634 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, vindictive, without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in Chennai till the completion of the period of service from 27.092021 to the date of actually permitting the petitioner to join back in RACPC OMR, Chennai.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition and passing of the interim order, they have canceled the impunged order and retransferred the petitioner vide order dated 25.10.2021 to SME Branch, Guindy, Chennai. In fact, as could be seen from the main prayer in the writ petition that she wanted to be retained in Chennai.
2.Although, Mr.N.G.R.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner has serious objections even to this transfer order contending that the petitioner's career progression would be affected by disturbing her from earlier posting in RACPC, OMR, Chennai, this Court is of the considered view that in case, the petitioner has grievance again in the modified transfer order, it is upto her to work out remedies in a manner known to law, but it is certainly not open to the petitioner to keep the Writ Petition pending before this Court.
3.In the said circumstances this Court finds, as regards main prayer is concerned nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition and therefore the Writ Petition stands dismissed and the petitioner is at liberty to workout her
remedies in case she is aggrieved by the present orders of the respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
