..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents relating to the order of the 1st respondent in Rc.No.1248/2012/PA3, dated 03.05.2012 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.1/2012/A2, dated 06.06.2012 and quash the same and forbearing the respondents from taking any further steps under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act pursuant to the order of the 1st respondent in Rc.No.1248/2012/PA3, dated 03.05.2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
