C.M.P.No.2394 of 2022 in W.A.No.2175 of 2022 C.M.P.No.2394 of 2022 in W.A.No.2175 of 2022 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE AND D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., This petition is filed by the appellants to implead their predecessors in title, namely, M/s.United Breweries Ltd., as one of the parties in the present Writ Appeal. The appellants have not thought it fit to implead them as parties in the main Writ Petition. Further, their contentions is that these proceedings are about the lapse of Land Acquisition Proceedings. The appellants have also not pressed this petition and proceedings, to argue the matter on merits.

2. As such, considering the stage of the Writ Appeal being heard fully on merits, considering the nature of the grievances of the appellants and considering the conduct of the appellants in not pressing the petition earlier, the C.M.P.No.2394 of 2022 stands dismissed.
