PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pursuant to the Impugned Order passed by the 1st Respondent herein in G.O.(D) No.412 dated 19.07.2023 and quash the same as illegal and contrary to the Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 and further for a direction, directing the 1st Respondent to prepare a panel and promote the Petitioners to the Post of Chief Engineer in the available 2 number of vacancies in the Greater Chennai corporation without giving effect to the Impugned Order dated 19.072023 in view of the Non- implementation of the ULB Rules 2023 for the time being and pass such further or other orders.
