2. The learned counsel seeks permission for joinder of cause of action under Clause 14 of the Letters Patient Act, to file a single suit.

3. There were two promissory notes.

Payments have been made jointly. In view of the fact that there had been intermingled of such payments made by the defendant, it is urged that a single suit may be laid on the cause of action.

4. Permission is granted. Petition is allowed.
