ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10886 of 2026, whereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 5:30 p.m. for a period of one week, and thereafter on every Saturday at 5:30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10886 of 2026 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
