By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the landed property admeasuring to an extent of 58 cents in Survey No.315/6, situate at Konur East village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, through a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.170/1985 dated 19.03.1985 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Mettur, Salem District and would state that ever since the date of purchase, she is in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner has applied for change of patta in his name through an application dated 26.04.2016 to the 2nd respondent and since no orders have been passed, she came forward to file the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2016, in accordance with law after putting on notice, the respondents 3 to 6 and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 to 6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
