The petition has been filed for joinder of cause of action under clause 14 of the letters Patent Act.

2. Monies had been lent on three promissory notes. The payments have been received by the defendants but the payments appeared to be intermingled.

3. Therefore, permission is sought to file a single suit.

4. Permission is granted. Petition is allowed.
