Mrs.Thangavadhanabalakrishnan, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present habeas corpus petition, since the detention order has been revoked by the Advisory Board on 30.07.2024 and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
