ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11020 of 2026, directing the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m. until further order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11020 of 2026 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
