ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide sufficient Police protection to the petitioner herein and his family members for their life and the property existing in SF.No.5/3, Thevanampalayam Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.06.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, already, the said representation made by the petitioner was considered and after conducting preliminary enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties, is civil in nature. Therefore, the parties were advised to approach the Civil Court to redress their grievance. Since the representation of the petitioner was considered and necessary orders were passed by the authority, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so aggrieved by the above said advise of the Police. 03.07.2025 cs To 2 / 4
