1. This application is filed to grant leave to institute a suit against the Respondents before this Court.

2. The Applicant is a Company, carrying on its business at Chennai. The 1st Respondent is a Company carrying on its business at Maharashtra and the 2nd Respondent is a Company, functioning at Chennai.

3. According to the learned counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant Company, as Plaintiff seeks to file a suit against the Respondents Company arraying them as the Defendants before this Court for non performance of the purchase orders executed at Chennai on the ground that the Respondents have provided their services at Chennai, where the Applicant Company is functioning and hence, the cause of action arose at Chennai within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, this application is filed seeking leave of this Court to file a suit before this Court against the Respondents.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Applicant and having regard to the averments made in this application, this Court is of the view that the cause of action arise at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, leave is granted, as prayed for and accordingly, this application is ordered.
