ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the court as 'the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur' instead of 'the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore' in the petition and order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 13966 of 2026 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Since the petition has been pending before this Court, the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.13966 of 2026 dated 05.06.2026 to the parties. 24-06-2026 NSL To
