O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that his father had borrowed money from M/s.Aptus Value Housing Finance Limited and he died on 04.04.2018. It is alleged by the petitioner that the officers of the said finance company are frequently coming and harassing the petitioner and therefore, after sending a complaint dated 06.08.2018 to the Police and Reserve Bank of India by post, the petitioner has filed this petition for police protection. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.In the opinion of this Court, no blanket order of police protection can be granted in a petition of this nature. It is natural that the officers of the finance company will come and demand money. If any police protection is granted, they will not be able to realise the amount. However, if there is any real threat of violence to the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the local Police to lodge a complaint.
