ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue a Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner based on the representation made by the petitioner on 19.06.2025 in order to enable the petitioner to submit the same along with the other documents for participating in the e-tender. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd respondents on instructions submitted that the site inspection is going to be conducted today and the petitioner has already been called to be present in the site and thereafter, site visit certificate will be issued to the petitioner.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
