This petition has been filed to set aside the award passed by the Arbitral Tribunal dated 27.05.2022 and to direct the respondent to pay the cost.

When this matter was taken up for hearing on 29.04.2024, the learned counsel, who appeared for the petitioner, would submit that she is no more appearing for the petitioner and hence, she requested this Court to remove her name. Thus, this Court directed the Registry to delete the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner and list this matter by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list.

3. Accordingly, today this matter has been listed by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list. However, today, there is no representation 2/4

on behalf of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner has no interest to contest this matter. When such being the case, this Court is not inclined to keep this matter pending.
