O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file Final Report in Crime No.598 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.598 of 2017 on 18.07.2017 under Section 420, 468, 471 r/w 34 IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.It is the case of the de facto complainant that the accused have committed forgery of certain documents. 5.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to expeditiously complete the investigation in Crime No.598 of 2017 and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any legal impediment.
