Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for and examining the entire records relating to and connected with the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, the 1st Respondent herein in ep/K/(tp8)/tp/3-3-31783-2021 resulting in his order dated 9.5.2024 and quashing the same and consequently directing the Tahsildar, 3rd Respondent herein to desist from issuing patta to the 4th to 14th respondents herein for the property comprised in Old Survey No.502/J corresponding to New Survey No.192/8B of Thurinjikollai Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District in compliance with the direction of the 1st Respondent herein.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for and examine the entire records relating to the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, the 1st Respondent herein, in ep/K/(tp8)/tp/3-3-31783-2021 dated 9.5.2024, and quash the same and consequently, to direct the Tahsildar, the 3rd respondent herein, to desist from issuing patta to respondents 4 to 14 herein for the property comprised in Old Survey No. 502/J, corresponding to New Survey No.192/8B, of Thurinjikollai Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District, in compliance with the direction of the 1st respondent herein."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 to 13.

3. Considering the fact that a comprehensive suit for declaration and injunction has been filed, the parties shall work out their remedies before the Civil Court and thereafter, approach the revenue authorities. No orders need be passed in respect of the orders now challenged before this Court. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
