O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the I.D.O.P.No.29 of 2016 pending on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur to the District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu or any other competent Court near the petitioner's residence.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a memo to the effect that the respondent has no objection to transfer the I.D.O.P.No.29 of 2016, pending on the file of District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur to the file of District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu and also prayed for early disposal, and the same is recorded.

4. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.29 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the District and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Court, Thiruvallur and transferred to the District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu. The District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.29 of 2016 to the file of District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the said records.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
