ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 herein to produce the body of the detenue Mrs.Kalaivani, daughter of Mr.Krishnamoorthy, female, aged about 21 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenue has been set at liberty by the 4th respondent and, therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court not to press this petition, and undertakes to send an endorsement to that effect, through e-mail, to the Registry of this Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed.
