The learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for respondent submit in unison that the matter has been settled between the parties and terms of settlement has been reduced to writing vide "Memorandum of Understanding" dated 14.11.2025. It is also submitted by both sides that the entire amount has been paid.

2. In view of the above, these first appeals are disposed of in terms of aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding. The Memorandum of Understanding shall form part of the decree. Registry to refund the Court fee subject only to standard / applicable statutory deductions, if any. Refund shall be by way of an instrument drawn in the name of the appellants, subject to counsel for appellants complying with procedural requirements. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
