This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the grab of enquiry of the case.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Mahaboob Sherif, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police in Current Paper against the petitioner on 17.08.2018. Recording the same, this Petition is closed.
