Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Kaliammal, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police in Current Paper No.72 of 2018 against the petitioner on 14.08.2018. Recording the same, this Petition is closed.
