O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking protection from police on the premise that the petitioner has married a girl of another caste and living with her. However, on the complaint given by the girl's parents, the parents of the petitioner are frequently called by the police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing from the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that complaint of woman missing was registered in Cr.No.161 of 2024 on 10.07.2024. In this connection, the parents of the petitioner were called. Later, investigation has disclosed that the complainant's daughter had eloped with the petitioner herein and married him. Therefore, it is contemplating to close the complaint.

3. In view of the above, this Court finds no reasons to entertain this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 30.07.2024 Vv 2/4
