O R D E R

The petition for transfer is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2020 from Sub Court, Lalgudi to the District Family Court, Ariyalur.

2. The parties to the transfer petition filed a joint memo, agreeing that they are willing to receive the matrimonial home. The joint memo signed by the parties as well as the learned counsels on behalf of the parties reads as under: "JOINT MEMO FILED BY BOTH PARTIES It is submitted that the petitioner herein has filed the above Tr.C.M.P for transfer of the case filed by the respondent herein in H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2020 on the file of Sub Court, Lalgudi, to the file of the Family Court at Ariyalur.

Now the both the petitioner and the respondent had entered a compromise that both shall withdraw the petitions filed by them against each other in the respective Courts.

It is further submitted that the respondent herein undertake to take care of the medical treatment of the petitioner.

ready to complete the housing loan in the name of the Respondent.

The petitioner herein undertakes that she will fully cooperate with the respondent and is willing to reunion with the respondent and continue a peaceful life with him.

It is therefore prayed this Hon'ble Court may be please to accept this joint memo and record the same and pass necessary orders and thus, render justice."

3. In view of the joint memo, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in TR.CMP.No.555 of 2020 stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
