ORDER

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 14.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was directed to be listed under caption 'for dismissal' on 21.09.2017. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.09.2017, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that they have already given change of vakalat. The Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and to list the matter today (22.09.2017) by removing the caption "for dismissal". When the matter is taken up for hearing today (22.09.2017), the name of the petitioner having been called twice, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
