M/S. Napc Limited v. The Executive Director And Another

A.No.3717 of 2022 in C.S.No.140 of 2019 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J By order dated 08.07.2022, the Commissioner was directed to commence and conclude the examination of PW2 and PW3 between 18.07.2022 and 30.08.2022. The plaintiff has presented this application seeking extension of time by four weeks from 30.08.2022 for completing the examination of PW2 and PW3.

2. Learned counsel for the defendant is present and has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by extending time for completion of the examination of PW2 and PW3 until 31.10.2022. In case the examination is concluded earlier, the parties are granted leave to mention the matter. List before this Court on 04.11.2022. The plaintiff is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per session as remuneration to the learned Commissioner.
