This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 11.12.2023 bearing

Na.Ka.No.45/2023 and consequently issue fresh order determining the teacher strength.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.12.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
