The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 127 days in preferring the above criminal revision against the order of dismissal dated 19.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3573 of 2023 passed by the learned District Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam.
2. Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and submitted that she has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
