C.M.P.No.14563 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 1065 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the demise of the sole petitioner in C.M.P.No.6011 of 2016 in C.R.P.No.Sr25343 of 2016.

2. C.M.P.No.14565 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the demise of the sole petitioner in C.M.P.No.6011 of 2016 in C.R.P.No.Sr25343 of 2016.

3. C.M.P.No.14567 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 7 herein as the legal representatives of the 1/3

deceased sole petitioner and rank them as petitioners 2 to 7 in C.M.P.No.6011 of 2016 in C.R.P.No.Sr25343 of 2016.

4. C.M.P.No.6011 of 2016 is filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

5. I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Civil Revision Petition under the caption "For Orders" on 11.09.2024.
