The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.05.2025 in connection with Crime No.64 of 2025 for the offence under 1/4

Sections 310(2) read with Section 311 of BNS, 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, petitioners along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with knife, due to which, defacto complainant sustained serious cut injuries. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) while opposing for grant of bail to the petitioner reiterated the case of the prosecution. He further submitted that, due to the said attack, defacto complainant sustained severe cut injuries and his fingers were cut mercilessly and due to which, his normal functioning has been affected.

5. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
