ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to to call for records in Kaa.Ku.No.38/5038/T5/Tha.Na.A.Po(Vi)/2021 dated 22.05.2025 on the file of the 2 nd respondent to quash the same as illegal, in contravention of the rules and violation of principles of natural justice.

2. Heard Mr.Sharath Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Pavithra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal and the same was received by them on 30.06.2025.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner, after getting instructions would also fairly submit that his client has already preferred an appeal.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 28.06.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
