ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of any enquiry and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2025 given to the respondents.

2.It is the contention of the petitioner that, under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that as on date there is neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioner.

4.In such view of the matter, the question of harassment will not arise. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
