C O M M O N J U D G M E N T Since the issue involved in both the cases are one and the same, these appeals are disposed of by this common judgment.

2. These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are filed against the fair and decretal order, dated 02.05.2019 made in I.A.Nos.5352 & 5461 of 2018 in O.P.No.3975 of 2016 on the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai.

3. Today, when the appeals are taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Maheswaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that the dispute between the parties are settled out of Court. Hence, he sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw the appeals and he also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
