This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.04.2023, made in W.P.No.10709 of 2023. 2.This Court, by order dated 06.04.2023, made in W.P.No.10709 of 2023, directed the respondents to adjust the Security Deposit in the current consumption charges payable by the petitioner.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the directions of this Court, Security Deposit for a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- has been adjusted in the current consumption charges Bill for the month of 08/2024.
