This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to pass orders on the complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.PC.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an FIR has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.610 of 2023 on 17.06.2023. A copy of the same was also furnished to this Court and a copy was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the relief sought for in this criminal original petition does not survive. It is left open to the petitioner to go through the FIR and if the petitioner is not satisfied, the petitioner has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
