A.No.3795 of 2023 has been filed to implead the second respondent as a party defendant.
2.As seen from the affidavit filed in support of the application and the averments contained in the written statement filed by the first defendant, the plaintiff has been constrained to implead the second respondent in this application even though counter has been filed by the respondents in A.No.3795 of 2023 disputing the plaintiff's contention.
3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of the application as sufficient cause has been shown. 4.Accordingly, A.No.3795 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for and the second respondent is impleaded as a party second defendant in the suit in C.S. (Comm.Div.) No.38 of 2023.
5.Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly.
